These are all conditions that I have been labeled with. I could use these conditions as excuses to give up on myself. I could also ignore them and push my body to far and make things worse. What I choose to do is listen. Listen to my body and what she needs on any given day.
But what I've found is that after years of listening to all the well meaning health advice from others as well as the manipulative marketing messages that shout at us from every corner, my inner body wisdom has quieted her self to a mere whisper. I guess she got tired of me not listening.
She is still there though, and I am ready to receive her knowledge now. In the still moments, I do know what's right for me.
The journey continues. Bad days turn into good data. Good days remind me who I am and who I am meant to be.
One of my core desired feelings, according to the Desire Map is connected. I desire feeling connected to my body. Learning to listen for her sweet whisper is a great start.
