So, here's what I ate yesterday...
Breakfast-Shakeology mixed with water, ice and a tsp. of coconut oil
Snack-1/2 c. steel cut oats with stevia and a splash of almond milk & a hard boiled egg
Lunch - Grilled chicken, 1 egg and cut veggies
Snack-Strawberry Shakeology mixed with greek yogurt, tsp. coconut oil, ice and water
Dinner - Baked Tilapia with roasted brussel sprouts and purple cabbage (used oilve oil for roasting)
Chai tea sweetened with stevia and a splash of almond milk for dessert
My workout was a 30 minutes of 21 Day Fix - Plyo Fix Extreme. It felt really good to use weights again! And then, just because I wanted to take a de-stresser I took the kids to the Y after work and did 30 min. on the elliptical so I could rock out to some loud music! I have to admit, after 60 days of crazy cardio with Insanity Max 30, it's hard for me me to feel complete after a more strength training workout but I know it's good for me.
